Stroudwater & Associates Hospital Feasibility Study

Wirtz Dam Road Bridge Feasibility Study (2005)

This study was conducted by Turner, Collie and Braden for the Texas Department of Transportation to determine the feasibility of a bridge crossing the Colorado River to be constructed below Wirtz Dam and connect the north and south extensions of Wirtz Dam Road.  It contains some very useful transportation statistics related to the southern portion of our region.

Blueprint for Workforce Housing Study (2005)

This study was conducted by the Hill Country EDC in partnership with the Building Industry Association of the Highland Lakes, with the assistance of Texas A&M's Mays School of Business.   It provides a computer model which enables Texas communities to project housing needs based on workforce growth trends.  The computer model and final report are available at no charge on our website dedicated to that project:
