Assisted Living Village

Within the current conceptual model for the campus we are contemplating an Assisted Living Village, with an Assisted Care Center providing dining, living, entertainment and common areas, servicing 72-144 Close Care Suites and 30 Independent Living Units.

Assisted Living Center

It is anticipated that the Crossroads Regional Medical Campus, LP will build and own this facility under a joint venture or lease agreement with a licensed Assisted Care operator.
