Our goal is to create an up-scale business park with a campus environment to accommodate a variety of types of facilities with a clear enthusis on the medical professional and associated businesses where convenient proximity to a regional acute care hospital is desirable. 

The campus is currently being re-designed due to the change in location of the hospital.  While this plan shows predominantly office use, the north end of the property has always been expected to be absorbed by an Assisted Living Community and Nursing Care Center.

With over 2,000' of frontage on Highway 71, Crossroads is ideally suited for retail centers that can accommodate a pharmacy, a medical equipment supplier, flower shop, book /gift shop, restaurants, eye doctors and those other kinds of stores that would benefit from the proximity to the regional hospital and the employment base within the immediate area.  We are able to provide stand-alone pad sites as well as combining sites for larger multi-tenant centers all along that frontage. 

This property is not yet platted so we have a great deal of flexibility to reconfigure the tract for any suitable end use in the near term.  Contact us soon if you have such an interest.
