Garden Office Condominium Complex

Within the current conceptual model for the campus we are contemplating approximately 150,000 square feet of single-story, professional office space.  This will consist of approximately 18 buildings ranging in size from 6,000 - 10,000 square feet.  These buildings will be divided into office suites from 1,000 - 10,000 square feet, built-to-suit with long-term lease and possible lease to purchase options.
